Forms

Sofco has developed templates with which you can generate forms yourself. Whether it's a quote request, a poll, a survey, a quiz or a simple contact form, you can now create your own forms with the form editor in Sofco CMS and add them within a page on your website.

By simply dragging and dropping a form template from right to left, you can arrange any form as desired. You have the following options available to generate forms for your website:

- Subject mail
- Text fields
- Email fields
- Text areas
- Select dropdowns
- Radio groups
- Checkbox groups
- Hidden input fields
- Date input fields
- Automatically complete input fields
- Buttons
- Paragraphs
- H1, H2, H3 titles

Each entry field requires a few settings that are required to obtain the correct information from a visitor and to receive it via e-mail. When you have dragged one of the options above into the large area, you can open and set the various setting options of an entry field. Are the fields not in the correct order? Then you can easily drag it to another location in the form.
