Download accounting

Give your accountant access to your accounting. You do this by creating an account via "Add users" in the side menu. Give your accountant access to only the parts that are important to him / her by giving him rights to the points below:

- Accountancy
- Download accounting
- Balance analysis
- Budget budget

Your accountant can then log in and download the necessary files that are important for your accounting. Your accountant has the following options for downloading files within a certain period:

- Period start date
- Period end date
- Download publications in PDF
- Download images
- Download invoices from which you have received payments
- Download invoices that you have created

Your accountant can download invoices and incoming invoices and receipts. These are provided with a unique name that consists of date and company name during the download. All files are then automatically merged into a zip and prepared for download.
