Configuration

During registration you will be asked to enter your company details, contact details, bank details. These are automatically stated on your invoices, offers, credit notes and are used for your mailings. You also have the option of linking an email address of your own domain name. For this a Mailgun account is required and the DNS data of Mailgun must be configured in the DNS of your domain name.

Receive online payments through Mollie

If you have a Mollie account, you can link your account in the dashboard of Sofco ONLINE. Your relations can then make a payment directly to you on the basis of an automated link in your mails.

Layout invoices and quotes

Sofco ONLINE offers a standard layout of your invoices. it is also possible to link a customized layout for your invoices, quotations and credit notes to your account. For this, contact our help desk via helpdesk@sofco.nl . They can inform you about the options and costs for customizing your layout.
