Invoicing settings

The billing system requires some settings that you will be asked during registration. You can change this data in your dashboard if necessary. The following information is stated on your invoices:

- Company Name
- Address + house number
- Postal Code
- Residence
- Country
- General e-mail address
- Chamber of Commerce number
- VAT number

Standard e-mail texts

Via the billing settings you can write texts that are used when an invoice or invoice is automatically sent to your customers from a subscription. You can also set the default texts for a reminder or reminder. You can also use or modify the standard text that has already been entered for you.

Time settings reminders and reminders

For reminders and reminders you can determine yourself and set how many days after the invoice date you want an automatic reminder, second reminder and reminder to be sent to your customers automatically.
